Justin Hawkins, songwriter, lead singer and guitarist of glam rock band The Darkness really needs no introduction. The Darkness found worlwide success with their first album 'Permission to Land' in 2003, and Justin became well-known for possessing the finest soaring falsetto in British rock, as well as for his energetic theatrical onstage performances often involving catsuits. Multi-talented, he also produces, writes songs for other artists, and has recently spent some time on a couple of other projects. Their hiatus now over, The Darkness are back and will be touring the UK starting this month and will be releasing a new album in 2012. Yay.
